Getting back to mobility training
As with many people at this time of year I'm starting to get back into training at the gym. For me however the training is not just to get fit but part of my on going mobility training.
Although I had managed to keep going to the gym consistently over Christmas more recently ill health and the cold damp weather have taken their toll on my mobility and it's only in the last week that I've started to get more mobile and managed to complete a full workout. As we get into the spring it should start to get easier train properly and my mobility will improve.
